2.3 Customer Obligations: Customers must provide accurate information about the items, pickup and delivery locations, and any special requirements.

3.1 Pricing: All charges are based on the quotation provided and may vary if additional services are requested or unforeseen circumstances arise.

3.2 Payment Terms: Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Non-payment may result in service suspension or cancellation.
